Can you take the Vevor counter top shaved ice machine apart to clean it, my drainage catcher has black pieces of black debre or mold that comes out of the tray when I drain it. It does not affect the Shaved ice making process at all. I just need to get to the drainage tray to clean it. I’ve had my machine over close to two years and I believe it’s just molded over time and it’s flaking off. You help would be appreciated. Thank you

Every time the machine is used, the belt will have worn black debris, and every time it is used, it is only necessary to clean up the waste water at the bottom of the machine.

This machine is so easy to use and works great! Word of advice, you have to use hard ice if you want the shaved ice to be more like snow. We have soft ice here, so ours is more like a normal snowcone, but that's okay because we still love this macine. It's a little loud, but fast and efficient, and most importantly safe!

Though this product is working effectively at present, it remains to be seen if it will hold up. I purchased a very similar model last year, in May of 2022. The only difference being that the ice hopper where ice is loaded to shave was larger on the previous model I purchased. That previous model only lasted for one year. It was used frequently, but no where near the amount that the manufacturer claims it to be able to handle. The bearing went out of the shaft on the machine, and it locked up. I have purchased this model with the smaller ice hopper, as the previous model I ordered was not available. Hopefully it lasts a longer than a year this time.
